Visit the MoMA! The Museum of Modern Art is full of art by some extremely talented artist and much more.
Go to a show on Broadway! We saw The Cher Show. I wasn’t very educated on Cher before going, but the show was so detailed and exciting. I could now tell you her entire life story!
Take a trip to the Chelsea Market. This is a super cute shopping area with all the coolest NYC items, some designer stores, and great food!
Times Square! Of course this is a must… but really! We went a little after dark and all the lights were gorgeous. There’s also some really fun stores down there like M&M and the Hersey’s!
The Metropolitan Museum of Art. This museum is so huge and full of some of the neatest items I have ever seen. European Sculptures, Greek and Roman art, Medieval art, arms and armor, American art, and so much more can be found at the MET!
Central Park is free and fun! The statues are a sight to see for sure! Alice was my personal favorite. The park was beautiful but I know it would be even better during the spring.
One of my favorites on our trip was the Freedom Tower. This is something I would recommend to everyone. You’ll get the best views of New York City and you’ll get a little more of an understanding of how painful 9/11 was for so so many.
Ride the Subway! I wouldn’t recommend you do it alone. However, to get the fun NYC feels you must travel by subway at least a time or two!
Yay!! I hope your ready to plan your trip to New York City and make tons of memories. My first trip was amazing, but I can’t wait to go back and finish my New York City bucket list.
Something on your mind....?
